Rates below reflect Canada Post rates based on package size and shipping from Oakville, Ontario. In stock items will be shipped within one to two business days unless otherwise noted. If an item is backordered, we will ship your items as soon as possible. In the Loop ships to Canadian addresses only.
Local pick up is available, but you MUST email In the Loop at email@example.com for instructions for placing your order if you wish local pick up for your items.

In the Loop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If you wish insurance coverage on your purchase, please choose the "with insurance" upon checkout. Insurance is $2 for purchases up to $75 and $4 for purchases between $75 and $200.

Exchanges and Returns
We hope you will love your Kiss and Cry Angels tote, but we do understand that sometimes things are not quite what you expected. If you wish to exchange or return your tote, you may do so up to 30 days from your original order date provided your tote is in new and unused condition with tags and original packaging intact. No exchanges or returns will be made after that date and absolutely no returns will be accepted of used items.

You may exchange your tote for a different style or colour, or you may return your tote for a refund minus a fee equal to the original shipping cost.
For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will only process the exchange or return once we have received the item in acceptable condition, so you may wish to purchase insurance when shipping a tote back to us.
